Coaching is a way for me to continuously learn and grow by expressing my true SELF and how I interact with the world around me. By deeply listening and engaging in purpose-driven coaching conversations, I customize my approach to optimize each individual's need for enlightening insights and new perspectives to emerge. We humans have inherent blind spots, which can trigger our deepest fear and result in repetitive counterproductive "self-narratives" and feelings of inadequacy. These blind spots act like tiny stones in our shoes, distracting us from realizing our full potential and connecting with our true SELF. Coaching provides an opportunity to pause, reflect, and create space to examine and "spotlight" our old beliefs and patterns that no longer serve us. By embracing awareness and consciousness, we begin to take control of all areas of our lives and start manifesting our envisioned reality. This allows us to identify what truly matters and drives us to redefine ourselves to live a more purposeful and fulfilling life.
